Ink density-/Ink measuring units

The proven FDM 17 technology has been expanded in FM 19 and FM 19-2D to colorimetry function. This enables colorimetric as well as densitometric values to be measured from the print control bar for colorimetrical quality evaluation.

The new inline measurement system (inline density system - IDS) of grapho metronic is distinguished by the high dynamics and resolution of the densitometer, LED lighting, short measurement cycles and a stable design without moving parts. The IDS can be used multivalently and adapted modularly to reel and sheet machines. Real density values are measured and the measuring tape can be measured over the entire width of the paper due to the parallel alignment of the densitometer.
